DRAWN TO DREAM strong runner-up in Gr.3 Diana-Trial

Oaks-nominated DRAWN TO RUN was able to put in a good performance today at Berlin-Hoppegarten in preparation for the annual classic highlight for fillies in August. With Rene Piechulek on board, Peter Schiergen's protégé ran to a strong second place in the 2000 meteres €55,000 Gr.3 Diana-Trial. The filly had nothing to do against the triumphant winner, but fought with plenty of heart for the place of honor. DRAWN TO RUN belongs to the first crop of IQUITOS, who started his career as a stallion at Ammerland Stud. She is a sister of the Gr.1 winner DALIKA, who was successful in the USA.
