Top sales from Ammerland's broodmare band at Arqana

Three mares in foal from Gestüt Ammerland's broodmare band successfully kicked off this year's auction sale season and found new domains through the Vente d'Elevage (Breeding Stock Sale) in Deauville. Crispin de Moubray acquired AIGRETTE MOTETTE, who was a winner in France and is in foal to Arc winner WALDGEIST, which leads to assume that the mare will remain in her second home. In foal to German champion sire Adlerflug is SYLVESTRA, a half-sister to the G2-placed SAVANNE. The LOPE DE VEGA daughter went to Haras d'Etreham for €110,000. For GOLDEN LILAS, the hammer fell at €240,000 in favour of Carlos and Yann Lerner. The six-year-old full sister to G1 Prix Diane winner GOLDEN LILAC is in foal to LOPE DE VEGA.
