NORDIC PASSAGE impresses on debut

Yesterday saw two horses in Ammerland silks in action. While BALTIC BARON made his annual debut in Paris-Longchamp and finished a very strong second, NORDIC PASSAGE by DABIRSIM gave a promising debut at Kempton over 1400 m. The colt looked impressive and very professional in his first time out, travelling mid-field in a pack of ten and facing no challenge once igniting the turbo to charge for home. Robert Havlin was aboard the three-year-old for this confident win by nearly three lengths. Prepared by John Gosdon, Nordic Passage is out of the Dynaformer-daughter NORDIC SPRUCE, a half-sister to Gr.3 winner NORDIC TRUCE and Listed-placed NORDIC DREAM.
