First ever BBAG Yearling Sale for WALDGEIST a success

When this year's BBAG Yearling Sale came to an end yesterday evening at Iffezheim, there was reason for joy in many places. This was also the case for us, because the Arc winner WALDGEIST had made a fantastic start with his first crop of yearlings in Germany. All nine of WALDEIST's yearlings on offer found new owners and generated total sales of €538,000. The top seller for him was a filly we offered out of BURNING HEIGHTS, who already produced the classically placed 11-time winner BLUE DE VEGA and belongs to the highly successful family of BORGIA and BOREAL.
Thus, WALDGEIST finished the auction sale in second place behind Sea The Stars in the sire stats - a start that could not have been better.
