Confident maiden win for Ammerland's GIZALA at Chantilly

GIZALA proved much the best in her second outing of the year at Chantilly today and recorded her maiden win in confident style in her third time out. The three-year-old Invincible Spirit filly was given a solid trip behind the lead by Hugo Besnier and drew clear by two and half lengths for a fine win in the 1900 metres Prix de la Grande Glacière. The Andre Fabre-trained GIZALA is the first product out of our Galileo mare GOLDEN GAZELLE, a full sister to our Gr.1 Prix de Diane winner GOLDEN LILAC.
